hello, I just replaced my rear brake pads. And I noticed that the outer pad wore down a lot more than the inner pad. Is there an adjustment that I can do to make both pads wear evenly? thanks

It's actually pretty normal but you can minimize it by lubing the caliper slide pins(pins the caliper rides in and out on). You will always get one pad that wears a little more than the other though.

OK, I'll try that. Those are the Torx head bolts I take it. thanks

I think they are either torx or hex(allen) head bolts...can't remember which.

yeah, you're right those are Allen head. I remember now. Because I started to take those off to remove the caliper. Instead I just remove the 12mm bolts that hold the caliper mounting bracket to the swing arm. thanks again.
