what do you suggest?

i pulled my top end apart and i had 3 broken valves, and alot of shards of goodies( piston and valve seats) in there so what should i try that may be a bit more reliable? ( had a 440 jetted stage 2 cam all valve train upgraded) ill need to replace everything but cam and rockers/springs...they survived!

Any clues to what caused the broken valves etc..?

ran too lean, the inside of the exh manifold is white....valves white
