Race ready 440 EX Northern IL sweet

I have no time to race this year, built it up over the winter, 1999 440ex, runs excellent very fast, WB slip-on, K&N intake, new kill-switch, new pro-taper bars and pad, new Houser plus 2 a-arms, new streamline braided brake lines, new plus adjustable plus 4 rear axle, new kenda klaw MX fron and rear tires( only rode a couple short rides to make sure everything was tight when I built it up) mounted on black C-series rims, black blingstar ironcross front bumper, AC nerf bars, needs nothing, have extra set of used but still in good shape holeshot tires, and stock parts, $2,800 obo

I had it on ebay and it sold for $3,000 to a guy in NC he said he was coming to get it, then I called him he said he didn't have the money to buy it, not a good experience. Make me an offer I would like to race it since I put all brand new parts on this winter, but no time to race this year.
