View Full Version : Air Scoops...Are they worth it?

I was wondering if adding the airscoops was worth the price? I know they direct more air to the motor, but will it increase performance or anyhting?

air scoops are really just a cool place to put stickers. for them to add to the cooling system you have to be moving at a pretty good pace. some people swear by them when it comes to heating issues, others will say they're just cosmetically appealing. if you do want them i would recommend tinner scoops.. great price compared to the rest and they look good too.

Tinners here. The above is correct. The only benefit is at higher speeds which it does help.

I would get them, they look great and I guess help the cooling which makes sense.
