I have a 2004 450r with a slip on hmf bill balanace exhaust, K&N filter and no air box lid.
Im running a 185 main, 50 pilot, air/fuel screw 2 1/2 turns out and stock needle.
I was wondering if that sounds right.

Sounds about right to me.

I would probably lower the main, 4th clip down on the needle....

carefully re-read his post, his air screw is 2.5 turns out...and he has the stock needle
