i need some photoshop help

yes thats what i was looking for the stipe down the side is really black but when the light hits it it lights up like ing the picture.

There is another site I go to that has Photoshop contests each month. A picture is posted and all contestants must photoCHOP that picture. It gets pretty cool.

there's no way in H*** a person could do that, you'd have to have like a $1000 program to do that. That is totally SICK!!!

I believe that it was done in Photoshop CS2.

That is the program that I am using. Just started a couple months ago with it. Would take forever to do something like that.

What programs are the rest of you using?

I'm using Photoshop elements 5.0 but I purchased CS2 a few weeks ago:p Although I'm to busy to download it on my comp:scary:

I have Corel Paint Shop Pro 11, my computer wouldn't even handle CS2 plus I wasn't gonna pay over $500 for the program.
