Expierence with Dana Creech Racing

I'm just asking because I ordered a denton stabilizer from them over a month ago and haven't recieved it yet. I have made numerous phone calls to them and written emails and have no response and the best yet I already paid for my part that I haven't got yet. I was wondering if any of you here have problems getting parts from them or getting in contact with someone there. All I want is my part.

If i'm not mistaken, if you paid w/ a credit card you can send a complaint to master card, or visa and they will take over... There is something like a customer satisfaction clause, and they will investigate.
