which way we talking. If I had a 400ex Id trade for an R in a heart beat,

but If had the R, I wouldnt trade it for a 400EX, or anything else for that matter! :D

I think besides the cases, seat pan, tranny shafts, forks, and drum, and the gears on the clutch side (crank, clutch, kickstarter) everything else is available aftermarket or from a 400EX/450R
