E-brake block off plate (YFZ)

I knew a lot of companies are selling those (like this one http://www.kandkatv.com/store/images/e%20brake.jpg)
And I thought they were used to hide the ugly two bolts that appear on you handlebars when you take off you e-brake. However as I could see on this pic, it is used direclty on the caliper! Are there any soutions for the handlebars?

Are you talking about your clutch lever? Did you remove your ebrake setup? Just replace your clutch lever. Block off plate is only to cover where e brake cable was removed from.
