On my 415ex with hotcam stage 2, 450r carb, piped, & open airbox, I have a 48 pilot, 2.5 half turns out on the fuel/air screw, 185 main, and the needle in the lowest (richest) groove. The plug still shows sign of being lean. My question is can any adjustment be made by moving the main jet up or down by means of the locknut piece below the main jet (with the carb upside down), or does this do nothing basically?
