Help!!!

OK so im changing my oil filter and im puttin the cover back on...well the short bolt breaks off and its stuck in there. Well we drill a hole in the bolt and use the easy out drill thing and the bolt is in there good and the easy out bit snaps! Well we cant drill out the easy out bit cause the bit is made of hard steel and wont drill out.....WHAT DO I DO!!?? has this ever happen to anyone? Let me know ASAP!!

Ya. you gotta go to sears and buy a titanium cobalt drill bit. it will drill through anything

It happnended t me when I had a blaster. I ended up replacing the part. You cant drill hardended steel. If you do, your gonna kill alot of bits...

Well i got it out...i just drill around it a few times got the easy out bit out of there then drilled out the bolt then re tapped it...its holdin up good so far...
