Any numbers on on the 434cc Suzuki's.Wanted to know if it would be worth upgrading to be a backup to the 450r. Thanks in advance.

i dont know about dyno hp, but a guy in my dune group has the 434 kit with the cams and piston and carb and suspension and all sorts of nifty work... and it is faster than a 04 450r, and would probably be right on par with a stock 06 450r...

Ours dyno'd at 41hp 30tq. Baseline bone stock is 27hp 22tq.. We are on 91 octane.. Our motor is now four years old w/ just a hone a re-ring and fixed a somewhat sticky valve..

I dont have a graph available right now, but mine dynoed at around 43.5HP with 31 ft lbs torque. Mods are 434 kit, old style stage 2 hotcams, FCR40 carb, KW valves, DRZe valve springs, +2000 CDI, HMF BB full exhaust, K&N filter, no lid.

Upgrading to a venom 14.25:1 piston and probably some port work this winter, I'm looking to hit around 48HP or so.

I believe a stock Z400 runs around 27HP on this dyno.

Dyno'd the Athena w/ a new clutch, piston and hone and fixed a leaky valve. Got 46hp 32tq on the same dyno as before. It was tired after all..
