i just bought an 06 yfz, when i bought it the headlights were off of it, so i bought a set and put them on but they dont work. there is no voltage getting to where the headlights plug in.anybody know what my problem is? thanks for any help.

Are you checking the voltage in AC or DC? The lights on the yfz are AC. You should see about 12.5v AC at the connectors for the lights. WITH THE BIKE RUNNING!

yea, i was checking them with ac voltage. i tried dc also but showed nothing on both settings.
