is it hard to change them and how do you do it?

Takes less than an hour with simple hand tools. for me anyway. It is not hard if you have even a little skill with tools and are not afraid to dig into it. Do you have a manual?

^^^^ agreed 100% regular maintainance that every one can do.Stick with OEM parts they are cheap and last the longest IMO.

i do have a manual but i don't think it tells how to take them out and i was thinking about getting stiffer springs what dose this help?

All you are doing is removing the cover then loosining the five or six bolts I cant remember right off hand. I believe it is in sequence then remove one at a time swap the springs then re tighten in sequence and finally torque them to spec and reinstall the cover. pretty easy.

It's a relatively easy job and HD springs are a nice improvement. You'll most likely need a new gasket for the cover and be sure to note how the lifter arm and spring are installed.

are EBC hd springs good? i just got some for less than $9. and how long will thay last compared to stock and will thay make my clutch pull harder???

Im pretty happy with mine. Ive had mine for about three of four months without any probs. Clutch pull is a tad bit stiffer but not bad as you would think.

ok thanks i ordered a msr clutch lever and perch and i have herd thay help with the pull so it should be about even
