my 06 450er is completly stock motor wise except for a hrc end cap. ever since i have owned it (july 06) it has had a bog when u first stomp on it moving at lower speeds. i've heard of other people haveing this problem also. What is the stock jetting on these and any ideas on what i should go to? would just bumping my main jet do me any good.

Bumpin the main up wont affect it. i think bumpin the main up is if it is cutting out on the top end. i would try a smaller # Leak Jet. I Dont Remember What # Came In My HRC Kit But I Know Alot Of People Are Switching To That. If It Was Me I Would Go Ahead And Get The HRC Needle Too. I Dont think the Whole HRC Jet Kit Is That Much. I Think C&D Sells Them.

Well If You Are Going To Try That I Would Get An Hand Adjustable A/F Mixture Screw. They Dont Need A Special Tool To Adjust Them. The Stock One Takes A Special D Shaped Tool To Adjust It.
