hood scoop for my trx300ex?

I was woundering if there were any hood scoops available for my '94 honda trx300ex?

a 250r hood will bolt right up with a little modification

maier will have all of the colors you want, but quad tech sells more designs, only in carbon fiber

Neither of thoes two sites were quad sites and ebay doesnt have anything. Any other ideas?

Oooo i didnt have the little - things in there. And there wasnt anything for a 300 on either of thoes sites, any other ideas? I like the one on feathercarbon but i dont like the look of just a big hole in my hood lol is there like a cover or something to put on that?

you want a hood SCOOP but you don't want a HOLE?

that's kind of the point if a hood SCOOP, a scoop that directs air to your radiator/engine... if you're just wanting a flat hood, you're not going to get any scoop with that.

no no no, i worded that wrong. I just was looking for something that looks better. Like the 450r hoodscoops are raised with the hole in the front where as that hoodscoop is just a flat hood with a square cut out.

nah, it's definitely raised with an entrance that would direct more airflow toward the engine. take closer look.

or if you want, you can just get one of the 250r feather hoods. they're only 90 and bolt up to the 300ex fronts with little to no mods. it works a lot better if you have a maier race front, though.

i can build you a set of scoops for $35...they would look like a set of omf's..i have a break and it wouldnt be a problem,can make them out of polished diamond plate too for $75

that's so awesome. i'm glad a company is actually making sweet parts like that for 300ex's. only thing i don't like about genx is the X for the grills. just kind of throws it off to me. if i got one i'd probably take it out and replace it with mesh or something.

Yeah, thats pretty cool to have companies making stuff like this for 300ex's. they can look as bad as any of the 450's out there and ride good too.
