I posted this on other sites as well, but I recently have been inquiring about aftermarket suspension for the Outlaw. I have received a few e-mail in return from some of the manufacturers.

TCS - no plan to support the Outlaw

Fox - Floats are currently available for the 525

Elka - Will have shocks within the next couple weeks for the 525

Just figured I would share.....

Stadium and Custom Axis. However Custom Axis will run you about $3600. You can get Stadiums with high and low speed compression and rebound on all 4 corners for about $2400

Polaris gave me a set of stock Fox Racing shocks, like the ones from 2006, because they did not like the customer survey I filled out after buyting the quad. They are better but not the same as full aftermarket shocks. Anything is better than those Ryde FX things that come on the bike.

Yes I have the Black Widows and love them. I will have too send the rears in too get adjusted I need a little more rebound and some softer springs I have no sage in the rear. Evol's will cost about the same or more $2400 too around $3000 depending on which one’s you get. The Evols will be lighter no springs.

Yes Ohlins de3als in the USA. I think what he is asking is what model are the shocks? What part number are they. Since they have the wierd mounting on the rear shocks a standard Ohlin will not fit.

I spoke to Laz at GT Thunder a couple weeks ago and he said the rebuilds for all for costs $740 and it includes new springs, valving, and shafts to increase the stroke length of the shock. I have never used him before but have several friends who swear by his shock work and will not go anywhere else. It is worth calling and talking to him, especially @ 1/4 the cost of new shocks!

You can't go wrong with Stadium they have a great product.

As for TCS they just got done doing an outlaw for one of the magazines so they will also have shocks for the outlaw.:)

Does that mean TCS rebuilds will be available for the Ryde FX shocks or just new shocks?

i am looking to upgrade my suspension on my 525 i am a heavy weight at 325 i was wondering if a revalve is in order a complete new system would be benificial .factory connection has built all my enduro suspension in the past for my ktms but the ride fx shock don,t seem to be very adjustable for compression and rebound what is the typical cost of the works shocks like the black widows or evols .im not keen on the elkas i have them on my grizzly

You can get Ohlins at hardracing.com

I have a set on my Predator and love them. If I had an Outlaw I would give the GTThunder rebuilds a try first.

Ohlins are great quality.

What is Baker on in GNCC now?

Baker is on Elkas, and have heard from a few, he doesn't like them. Having a hard time dialing them in.
