allen bolt to loosen chain tightner prob

One of the allen bolts you have to loosen to turn the chain adjuster seems to be stripped. It will not tighten. Im assuming it is stripped. Im just wondering if anyone else has had this prob and what you did with it and/or what i should do? Thanks..

havent had it happen to me but, i would get a heli coil thread repair kit and repair the threads. they work extremely good. (there strong) hope this helps. :)

i think its 8 mm bolts. you can get those heli coil kits at your local advance, auto zone, etc.

Ive have heard those are nice, never used it but i will prob give it a go. thanks
