due to insufficiant funds I cant really afford to buy long travel a arms and new shocks for them, so I was considering getting the Houser regular travel arms, which would be +3 +3/4. Question is, is were talking anywhere from 600 to a 1000 or more dollars to get new shocks with the long travel versus not needing new shocks with the regular travel arms. What im asking is the long travel set up superior and more desireable than the regular set up. Im basically looking for a wider stance.

if you widen it with standard travel you will still have to at least get your shocks rebuilt for the wider arms. take a look at the wicked or fullflight arms. they are alot cheaper. but your stock shocks are not valved right for extended arms so youll need to upgrade them as well.
