Can you do a car rim? for exapmle take a chrome rime and paint the spokes a shiny gold and keep the rest chrome? I tried to set up a pic but it just doesn's seem to work but here the link...

im sure if someone had the time to do what your asking it could possibly be done. alot depends on the rim and the lines that seperate the spokes from the rim itself.

So it could be done. Think it would be at a high cost and would the turn out be nice. and could you do it?

it looks like its doable, but it would be rather pricey. the risk of damaging the polished part is very very high!

well thanks for the info. hopefully i can just find a rim thats got gold with a chrome lip!!
