how tall are you

today i went to the dealer and sat on a yfz then sat on the new kfx. man what a difference im like 6'2. but i dont think a kfx would be in my budget since im probly going to buy a used yfz. but i wanna know how tall everyone is? im just kinda scared now about this problem since i was so gun ho about the yfz.

I'm 5'10 But I have a +2 stem and lowered pegs to make it comfortable.

I'm 6'1 & ride my buddies yfz450 sometimes.He got a taller steering stem & I think thats one of his best mods.It used to drive me crazy before he got it.I always felt like my knee's were at bar height & I was going over the front at any time.

im about 5'9ish or so and it fits me perfect. my buddy is about 6'2 and he likes how it sits and rides for him. i have some taller fly bars on mine which helped over the stock bend. i bent my stem so i put an 06 stem on there i got from ebay, im not sure if its taller or not but it felt a lot more comfy than my bent one! even how short i am, i would like to get some of the lowered pegs to help out but its fine the way it is.

do you guys know the brands that make hte lowered pegs, i know ac does. is there anyone else?

My ac's were lowered. I had lowered mounts welded in when I got a new frame.

im 5'8 and i have a inch and a half taller stem and lowered ac pro pegs and im just about comfortable

Proarmor Fat Pegs are lower than stock.

6'2" and mine is slammed to the ground. Feels a hair small but I prefer it that way anyways. Have propegs that sit a little lower than stock, +1 rpm stem, and cr-high bars. Seems to be a great combo for where I'm sitting, extremely comfortable.

My question would be to you is, where is your height?
Do you have long legs or is your height overall pretty proportioned?
Since budget is your concern you could get a nice used 450 and customize it to fit you and you would save a ton.

im about 5'10" and i will sometimes take my buddys 05 yfz for a ride and it feels real small. he likes it but he is only 5'6" and he is only fourteen with me but when he gets older he will probably grow out of it

my trx 450 seems to be a little bigger feeling but it is an inch less wider
