I looks like to me your going to try a little MX.. So I would go with a 14 tooth up front and leave the rear one stock..

I really like the looks of the 18 in the rear and 20 up front...
I ordered a 13-14-15 front with a 40 in the rear.

Not mxing I have a 450r for that, just some hard playing!!

Thanks for the help!!
Any other tips???

Well, I would still go with the 14 up front... because a warrior dose need a little more highend speed..

If you want to get almost back to stock gearing which is with 13/40 gear and 22" tires is 7.16 overall gear ratio. With 18s you will need a 15/38 setup and that gets your overall gearing to 7.11 almost perfect. I'll post some ratios with different tire sizes.
The lower the number the higher the revs will be and the more top end you lose.

13/40 and 22s is 7.16 Stock gearing and 62 MPH

12/40 and 22s is 6.60

12/40 and 20s is 6.00

13/40 and 20s is 6.51

14/40 and 20s is 7.01

14/39 and 20s is 7.19 Almost perfect to stock gearing

13/40 and 18s is 5.86 Top speed will be like 40 MPH

14/40 and 18s is 6.31

14/38 and 18s is 6.47

15/38 and 18s is 7.11 Almost perfect to stock gearing

15/40 and 20s is 7.51 Too high for stock motor will be sluggish

Thanks for posting that info Dave!!

I was going to say that 18's with a 40 rear sprocket and 14 up front was not the way to go. You def. want the 15/38 setup or even the 14/38 perhaps. I have 14/38 on mine right now with 22" tires and like it that way.

Yeah your gearing is 8.11, Wow I hope you got some mods done or it will feel very sluggish on the bottom, however it will raise topend some.

IMO leave it stock gearing. The smaller tires will give it some accell. No need for top speed on the MX course. I beat you dont even get outta 3rd;)
