Torque specs and Ring gap

I will be putting my fresh top end back on my 250r soon, can anyone tell me the torque specs for the cylinder to the bottom end and then the head to the cylinder? and can anyone tell me what the ring gap is suppose to be?

The head to the cylinder is 17-21 ft lbs,don't know off hand for the cylinder to bottom end would have to look in my service manual when I get home.
