bayou won't start, help!

We went to start my brothers bayou a couple days ago, and all it does is crank and crank.... It kinda half sputters every once in awhile, but won't really even try...

It would be nice to have more details. Do you have the gas on? How long has it sat? What year bayou and size? Make sure the motor is getting enough gas first.

I would pull the plug check or chage it make sure the gas is on if it has sat for awile i would drain tank put new gas in then go from there

Sorry I didn't give more details... It's a 97, 220. It only sat for a week or two(it's in an unheated shed), The plug is sparking, and getting wet, but It's not really soaked... Also I noticed it's blowing a small amount of gas out the carb...
