it turns out i have a rich carb i finally got my spark plug out and its pitch black around the whole top ive got a 152 main and a 42 pilot 2 and a half screws out. Im about 400 feet above sea level and its cold like 30 degrees now but gets up to like 95-100 in the summer and down to about 5-10 degrees in teh winter what can i do to fix the problem?
