400Ex carb on 300Ex... worth it?

like the title says i was wondering if the carb is worth it and how are the power gains, and can i make the stock inlet tube work?

please let me know your experiences with this set up

A lot of people will say its only worth it if you have engine work done but i put one on mine with just a wiseco hi comp piston and a exhaust system and it made a huge difference.I thought i would lose throttle response but that wasnt the case,i like it.:D

It's a pretty good upgrade even with minor mods.. With a lower level of mods it's just harder to tune because you're on the verge of it being too big.

But, with a big bore.. it's a great upgrade.

i was wondering cuse i have 1 lying around and was wondering if i should take the time to put it one i believe it will work good with my mods in my sig. buti wanted to hear from people with first hand experience, also did you guys have to do anything differnt with the airbox tube to the carb?

the 300ex tube will work with abit of fiddling.once you have it on for a while it'll stretch to fit the 400ex carb easier.heat it up at first:)
