Instant email notification

How come I never get notified by email of replies? I've checked my options and I check my 'junk mail'?

There seems to some issues with this site working with some email/ISP services. I wasn't getting any through Qwest/MSN, switched to Gmail and it's working fine:ermm:

There seems to be a problem for some people. If you don't get e-mail notification, when you login to the forum click User CP and your subscribed threads should be there. I know it's not as handy or convient but thats what I've been doing the last month or so... There is another thread about this called "Email Notifications" I believe.
