My 88 250X won't always start. Usually starts on the first few kicks, or at least has signs of life. When I pull out the plug it is wet on the days it won't start.
My stop switch is a little sloppy, could that be the cause? Maybe not always getting a good connecton? Can these be fixed, or should I be looking for a replacement?
When it starts, which is more often than not, it runs great, excellent power & idles fine.
Clean tank, screans, & carb.
Thanks,
Dave:confused:
