I have just recently installed a Pro-Circuit T-4 (stock-Header) on my 2001 400ex. The only mods to the engine is a new (Uni-Filter)

I would really appreciate someone sharing what has worked as far as re-jetting, like main jet size? needle position etc.

To anyone taking a moment to respond, THANKS IN ADVANCE.

i ran the 155 main jet.....k&n filter and left the needle clip position stock. thats a good starting point....but if you run the airbox lid ...it may be a lil rich

I'm at about 2500 feet asl and I run a 160 main stock clip position and a lid. It's just a bit on the rich side, but still runs awesome.

when I had my T4 I started with a 162 (stock filter / stock lid / etc..) and it was pretty fat.. dropped down to a 155 (may have been a 158) and it really started pulling like a bear..

boy, I miss that pipe, to bad it's so LOUD :D

Thanks to all who replied with help on the Pro-Circuit t-4 jetting.
Just went to a 150 with the box lid on.... running with 50/50 Sunoco Cam - 2 premium.

A little popping on deceleration but pulling great...

God I want more.. wondering how the pipe would do in a 416 to 426.
