I just got an Elka revalve kit and do not want to screw anything up. I have searched and searched the internet as well as this forum and cannot find any information on revalving the rear shock. I have it pretty well figured out, I have the shock tore down and I am not positive which shim stack is which. It would make sense that the top stack is the compression and the bottom is the rebound, is that correct ? Also do I need to grind off the very top of the shaft to remove the stack ?
