Practice day

We finally got some free time to go out for a few hours today and do a little training. We have had no sea time for almost 2 months as the weather has been crap ,so Kelsey done a little riding today.
Dad wanted to work mainly on her starts and corners this wk end,then it was off to the rougher stuff-which she mastered!

I have to tell you, both her Dad and I both had a tough time keeping up at times in the rough stuff,but I still can out corner her :D

It wont be long before she exceeds both her Dad and I.

I had a tough time shooting pics with all the dust but threwout all the severly whooped out sections hitting top of 4th gear :eek:

Rebound was a bit off today as it was set from the last WORCS race, but she handled it well.

Jetting was off abit as well due to the warmer temps. But her quad ran well and she got some good seat time in today.
Tomorrow we are goingo hit an MX and she will race a C womens class to brush up on the MX skills.

I'd get some of those slide pictures enlarged and framed, those look like better then mag shots.

WEll, she had a GREAT day racing...!
She didnt huck it big or anything,just went out and ran her own race.She actually beat one of the C class men though!:D
She was dying to clear a couple of the bigger dbls,but didnt want to push it 1st time racing MX with the new quad.
There was not very many riders at State race,so they combine Pros,B,C and Women Open class.
It has some pretty open sections, so she just plain got tore in sheer power,corners the thumpers pulled harder as well,but all in all she done so well and had quite a cheering section for her out there being the underdog!:macho

cool pics even cooler to see the ohana (family) have such a great time riding together and so much support. you guys are great parents and roll models for others to follow. deff like the green frame on the mini.congrats to lilqj for puttin a hurtin on the man she beat.

You can see the intensity in her eyes on that pic. Looks like she'll be one to deal with on the track now. The quad looks awesome also. :devil:

As I was thumbing threw all my pics I shot of WORCS, I was amazed at how many peeps look at the camera in the middle of a race... Even a few of the Pros!:o :p

I have one pics that I like of her eyes... Is not in action ,but I still like this one.
At some point you may be seeing a few of these shots or two of Kelsey with Elka Suspention.

Sweet pics and that Blaster is definately mean looking! Looks like she definately has the capability to go somewhere in the racing scene. Keep up the good work!
