I'd trim down the front a little to get it not so close to the chocks, but they look good. Good job.

Yes, that's the overflow bottle.

It's from a polaris 500 predator, that's the same like walsh

I want to get a set made of diamond-plate. They would be heavier, I'm sure, but that would look awesome!!!

Dido.
How did you make them and what kind of tools did you use. I noticed you're in Europe are parts really hard to come by there? And is Honda still selling 2 strokes there?

First I made them of cardboard.
Here you see it on the pictures:

Than I copied them on aluminium off 2mm thick. Than I use a fretsaw. Than I folded into the right shape with a machine I don't now the name of.
Than I polished it and welded the two pieces together.
Next week I'm gonna make a protection for the radiator in aluminium. I will take a pictue off it.

If you want to I can draw it, scan it and mail it to you with the measures

In belgium, I think there are 4 or 5 250r's. So to get on parts is not so easy and if so they are really expensive.
And Honda don't sell 2 strokes anymore. And when the 250r was sold the only color to get it in was red.
