Its Made out of schedule 40 PVC, I think my bumper would crumble before the PVC. Its clamped on like a skid plate. Now I have plenty of room for my essential tools for the trails!! :p
Oh, it is EASILY removable too!

Yeh thats Schudule 40, that thing will hold up. It holds up to aerosol and hairspray explosions, without even thinking.

Its a Honda...why do you need tools?:D I took mine off a while ago and none of my friends ride with a tool kit except one with a Kawi 400 so we just use his if we need anything.

That's a really good idea! I allways thought about it cause I end up running back to the house when I'm stuck a mile away in the damn woods

Great idea, however if you had made it from ABS pipe you wouldn't have needed to paint it black.;)

Thats what I was going to suggest.
I have one exactly like it on my warrior. Works really well. I just held mine on with 1/2 wide zip ties-3 of them. I hope your paint holds up on it, mine didn't.
