ok guys i have an 2005 honda 450r with hmf slip,k&n airbox lid, and a hot cams stage . my motor ticks alot and i was wondering if its worth getting the kibble white valves and springsor if i could get awat with just the springs. or if its normal.i adjusted the valves when i first put the cam in and i did it several months ago. any incite would be much appreciated.

Try tightening up your exhaust valve lash to .009. That quieted my valvetrain, and it's a little easier on your valves.

Yeah, if you tighten up the valve lash than it will quiet ... but then you risk loosing compression. The ticking is common with Hot Cams, because of the excess clearance.

I would invest in some HD springs to prevent valve float. ;)

What is the recomended lash for the Hotcam and how is .009 easier on the valves?
