sooo i cant get the pivot bolt on the swingarm out and i dont want to wreck it tryin to get it out..is this a common problem???

Yes it's very common. You should really remove the pivot bolt and grease it at least once or twice a year depending on how much water you ride in. Try soaking it with PB Blaster(penetrating oil) for a couple of days and try again. Otherwise you may have to resort to cutting it with a reciprocating saw(sawzall)

Only when the bolt seizes in the swingarm bearings due to lack of grease.:ermm: It will only happen to you one time,once you have to pound and jump through hoops to get one out,grease will become part of your maintenance regime;)
