we use them in all our machines, we spend the last 3 years fine tuning and dyno testing our products for this application along with many others. We have sold many and have had no problems... The stuffer is a far cheaper route than buying a after market headpipe that will give you the same result. Thanks in your intrest Dave:D

these do work in a lot of builds. i have seen tests before where you gain low end and have no top end loss at all with these in place. others will show a slight loss at top end. it will depend on your bike, pipe, build, etc. i have never seen this particular brand tested so i can't comment on that.

I'd imagine the effectivness of a header insert will vary depending on the header and other aspects of the engine's tune.

But the concept is not without merit. The reason a torque tube could work on some engines is the same reason some headers have "steps" and the reason why larger diameter headers don't necessarily mean larger power output. Gernerally speaking, smaller headers = higher exhaust gas velocities = better scavenging = more torque.

I saw that effect on my pipe test. DASA vs ROSSIER. The rossier pipe had a much smaller header and yet made a little more power on top.

It goes where the head pipe bolts up to the studs coming out of your head.My buddy installed 1 on his mint yfz.He said it made a little bit of a difference

i have seen this on different appilications before, it was called a pro flow.....
last my freind used one he thought it worked but it was never dyno'd, other than a quad
