Quick Valve Q

Im going to do my own valve clearence this weekend but I need to know how do you tell the difference between intake and exhaust.
Any other tips other than the tech section would be great too.

the exhaust valves are the ones on the front of the cylinder head (by the exhaust pipes)

the intake valves are the ones on the rear of the cylinder head (by the carb boot)

if you've never done it yourself I'd recommend getting one of your mechanically inclined friends to give you a hand and show you the ropes..

it's really quite easy, after you've don it a few times it only takes about 15 minutes tops..
