155K Main Jet with the Air Box Lid On.

160K Main Jet with the Airbox Lid Off.

42K Pilot (slow) Jet would'nt hurt either.

Those estimates should get you with in a jet size either way. Temperature and your riding altitude have a great deal to do with it as well. I recommend ordering 152K to 162K so you have the option to go up or down a size or two depending on if you choose to run with the lid On or Off. You can order individual sized jets from www.jetsrus.com They have reasonable prices and fast shipping.

Yes, go with Keihin jets. They are inexpensive and can be purchase individually.

Actually Wheelie may be right. It's a toss up on a 152K and 155K. I'd rather be a tad rich than run my quad lean.

Order a 42 pilot, and main jets from 152 to 165, just in case in the future you plan on doing more mods your gonna need bigger mains.

152 main and a 40 pilot with lid
155 main and a 40 pilot without lid

If it gets cold by you just toss in a 42 pilot and that will help with cold starting.
