one of my rear tires has a slow leak...air usually last about one week. I think the leak is coming from area that is plugged. would something like a can of fix a flat be ok to solve this problem?:chinese:

I wouldn't worry about it until it only lasts a day;)

Save the fix-a-flat for emergencies:)

IMO just leave it. Mine last about a week as well. gets kinda a annoying but o well. Mine is due to a bent rim lol.

If it is the vavle stem you could go to Wal mart or the dealer and buy a new one and replace it

Fix a flat or slime never works for me. I would just buy a $10 bike pump. Everyone I ride with always borrows my pump, even though they have compressors because its more convienant.

fix a flat has helped me before on a rear tire and a front tire...

just make sure you cruise around some after you put it in

Exactly. It doesn't take much to keep 5psi in an ATV tire.

get that green slime stuff from Home Depot. It worked great on mine. Just make sure you follow directions so it gets to the leak and plugs it.

it is not a good idea...especially when your only running it in one rear tire...it will throw the balance off pretty bad..especially at high speeds

well you definitely need to put equal amounts in each tire. Honestly I'm not a fan of the stuff. It's way too heavy and you need to put alot in to make it work properly. This causes your wheels to kinda bounce at high speeds. I'd rather just plan old fix-a-flat. I was merely suggesting an alternative.

It works great on low speed applications. I used the large hole kind in our tractor to plug a .5 inch hole. It's been holding strong for over a year now.
