leavin thursday morning and headin to Glamis and staying till Sunday... He!! yeah!!!
It'll be my first trip there. Four of us goin and meeting several others there; my bro is supposed to have his sand rail there.
I'm freakin stoked! Hope to get some sweet pics and vids.

One question: With my mods in my Sig below, do I need to change my jetting at all? I'm at about 2,300 ' elevation now

I would for sure. Glamis is at 200ft and the air is very dry. Richen it up a couple of main jet sizes. The dunes is the LAST place you want to be too lean.

There's lots of good riding there. You should have a blast. If you've never ridden dunes before, take some pointers from others who have. It's a lot different than trails. Ridge crossing (http://www.undermyhelmet.com/50226711/ridge_crossing_in_the_dunes.php) and shadows (http://www.undermyhelmet.com/50226711/duning_at_noon.php) can be dangerous.

Be sure to lock up your stuff when you sleep. ;)
