LTR or KFX 450!!!

I will be getting a brand new LTR 450 with in a few days, well i thought soo... untill i kinda read up on the KFX 450.

I see they are in dealers now, not worried about the prices.

It will be full mx. not a trail bike or rec. bike. Straight mx.

kfx--reverse, fuel injection, aluminum frame.

but if its just mx you dont really need reverse and the ltr is fuel injected, but who the hell has a kfx. id go for the white kfx. its pretty.

I love the LTR, but the ergo is a little wierd for me. I am real partial to the new KFX. If I was out to buy a new quad it would be that one!!!! Oh, get the black!!!

both are fuel injection by the way.... the kfx looks like more of a trail or duner. and i wouldnt even use the reverse so thats nothing. im also alittle sketchy about that aluminum frame, first year and all

I would never buy a first year bike and for MX the LTR seems like the way to go.

i was buying a new quad a few months back, and i wasnt sure if i should get the ltr or wait for the kfx, but i ended up getting the ltr and i love it, i think i made the right decision, and i would do it again

if i coudl i would trade my honda in on a ltr but i can't:( ...i had the choice from the beginning ltr or 450r and i went 450r and wish i went ltr

Not trying to bash but this is about pointless to ask. No one knows anything about the KFX yet. For all we know its going to suck!

I say if you need the bike for this season then get the LTR. Its already a proven race mchine. If you can wait a while (next season) then look into the KFX.

I agree and by the time the kfx has all of its bugs dealt with you will have missed 2-3 years of racing. So get the ltr.

im think im going with ltr, i was hoping someone on here had one already, i know fuelatv just got one. My dealer has one and said i have first dibs but i think im going with ltr.

i would go with the ltr cuz if you are going to full race it out you would want to gusset the frame on the KFX being aluminum you would need a tig welder and it is alot more labor
