View Full Version : oil covering lest side of engine

about a week ago i returned home from a trip and noticed some oil on the ground. i look to see where it was coming from and couldn't find the prob.
I cleaned all the oil off and went for a little ride and still no oil. But today i go out in the garage and now there freakin oil on the left side of the engine again. i did a comp. test with the engine warm and it held 182psi for about 5-6min. what could be leaking.:mad:

is it coming from the shifter seal, counter shaft seal or the stator cover?

i couldn't really tell, it was a film on the cylinder and bottom end, but not on ignition cover. I cleaned it all up and gonna go check in the morning to see if i can see where it starts to leak from.
