reccomended jetting

alright this is for all the carb masters. i have a 2006 with the hrc kit and a white brothers mx-4 slip on muffler. what do you reccomend on jetting? white brothers suggests just changing my current hrc jetting to a 180 main but leaving the rest alone. does this sound good? i ride at 1,500 ft in about 70-90 degree weather. thanks for the help

that sounds about right , might have to adjust fuel screw on the bottom of the carb, take the lid off!

I would say about a 165 main jet, stock pilot and adjust the air screw 2 turns out and a 55 leak jet and you'll love it ... Thats if you are taking your lid off and running a good filter

yah i left the stock hrc jetting and its good. i just need to adjust the air fuel screw, because if i just barely tap the gas it sometimes cuts out. i havent gotten around to changing this cause i am too lazy to take the carb off right now, but ill do it soon and probably turn the screw 2 turns out. thanks for all the replies guys
