oil burning

dosent smoke but i go throught about a quart of oil in about 6 hours of riding, black smokes just a little when i rev to rev limiter

umm mine is in the shop for the same reason as we speak, ended up needing new vavle seals and piston and rings. dont ride it till u get it fixed cause the piston friction will take its toll on the cylinder and scoar it out. while its apart take the head down to a machine shop like napa and have the valves seats done and head redone thats only 40 bucks.
