My Dad is going to build me some extended A-arms for my '02 400ex. He is building the jig right now but called me and asked me how much do I want the a-arms extended.I haven't even bought my exteded axle so I don't know. I told him, I think 3 inches will be good on each side but I wanted to check with someone and make sure that it sounds alright. Sorry to be long winded but can anyone shine some light on the situation. My Dad is very busy so when he's ready, he's ready! Thanks,t.c.

Not sure I am just starting. Previously raced dirt track so this is all new. The track we are going to race on is Three Palms in Houston, Texas, It has all different levels up to pro.

Thanks mx1791! Thats a great plan! I talked to my Dad and he is gonna build the +3's and I'm gonna order the 4-1 wheels for the front after I get my back axle. Hopefully I'll have some good pics to post in the next couple of weeks. Thanks again,t.c.

Do you have new shocks?

No, I don't have new shocks yet. My dad is going to build the a-arms then bolt them up and see if AFCO or Bilstein can hook us up for something like what I need. We were looking at the Elka shocks but they are way too much $$$ for me. My Dad happened to have a sales rep from Afco at the shop and told him what we were needing and said they were going too try and come up with something. The reps. said they think they can get real close to what we need with a rebuilt midget shock/ coilover system. Hope it works it will save us alot of money. If not it looks like I'll have too break the bank. t.c.
