hey all, im looking to soften up the front end a bit, to suit my riding style and area a bit more, im looking for a good place to buy some quality A-arms and some shocks, preferably in a package of some sort.

ive looked around and seem to find between 1050-1200, for a package.

anyone know of anyone or any company selling a package at a good price, and that is reputable.

my last bike had a roll design front end, and i really dont want to pay quite THAT much again, seeing is i dont do that much MX anymore.

thanks in advance

Id say go with the popular SMC and Motowoz set up!It will run ya more than that but its well worth it.Especially coming off of your previous set up!!!

Talk to KB motorsports, one of the sponsors on this forums about a combo deal. MUCH cheaper then the retail prices listed on their sites.

Heres the route I am going:

JD Performance (http://www.jdperformanceatv.com/)+2 A-arms $575

Getting All 3 Stock Shocks Revalved and Resprung by GT Thunder (http://www.gtthunder.com/450R.htm). I have heard that the GTT setup is just as good as some peoples top to the line aftermarket shocks. You get a new rear link as well. $740

From my many hours and days of research, this combo seems to be the best bang for the buck!

Heres some pics. (Quad belongs to "the450r" at trx450r.org)

Nice set up but i cant see how standard travel can perform as well as a nicely set up LT set up!!That was the route i was gonna go but didnt want to keep wondering what the LT Travel would of been like!!!!So i just did it and dont regret it except the money$$$!!!!But hey u only live once:devil:

I was on the fence between ST and LT last month. And for the extra 400-500bux the LT cost me, I'm super glad that I did it.

Every time I over clear a huge jump or hop off a cliff at the pit I just smile and think to my self "ha I love this front end"
