I have 450R shocks with a relocater on my 300ex. If I lower the ride height almost all the way will it make the shocks to soft?

You will probably have to loosen the preload all the way to get the ride height where it should be. the 450r shocks are slightly longer than most of the relocater brackets are built for. Your ride height shouldn't affect how soft/stiff the shock is.

It does sit alil high but when I get on it It goes down alil. I weigh like 240. It for sure wouldn't hurt for it to sit alil lower. What is the best way to loosen it without scuffing it all up with big channel locks.

I believe you need a spanner wrench to adjust the 450r preload. The ideal ride height depends on what type of riding you do.

mx- around 8" w/rider
xc/trails- 8.5"-10" w/rider
*measure from the ground to the bottom of the frame below the front engine mount

just make sure the rear sits atleast 1/4-3/4 of an inch lower than the front
