Carburetor

I currently own a 2004 yfz450 and i was lloking into getting a new carburetor and I was wowndering if anyone had any recomendation for which brand to get; edelbrock, keihin, mikuni...etc....I live in Canada so something in the price range of around $800 canadian would be great.

The YFZ's stock Keihin FCR carburetor is arguably the best performing carburetor available. The only carb swaps I hear about for the YFZ are folks who go to Lectron carbs. But usually those are folks who are looking for no compromises drag racing performance. And it's debatable if a Lectron is really any better than a bored out FCR (Lectrons are available in some huge sizes).

If you need a new carb I'd get another FCR.
