Exhaust Blues

I own a 400EX with a 440 big bore kit, medium port work, stage 2 hot cam, and a K&N power kit. The motor has great top-end, but so so torque. Which pipe would give me the best low-end snap. The White Brothers E2 Slip-on or the White bros E-series full Pro meg system??? Do you know of any Dyno charts to show the difference? Your help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

i would think the e-series pro meg would provide more torque, not sure though:ermm:

i would drop 1 tooth up front to gain some bottom end, and as far as exhaust goes id get a hmf, but between your 2 choices id get the pro-meg full system

I was running the same basic setup you are with a fmf powercore and dropped a tooth in the front sprocket. Ran awesome until i blew it up!!!:grr:

pro meg... or iv heard the IDS supper trapp 2 has great low end torq you should look into it, and what also great about it is its tunable also

well i have a pro circuit t-4 and it is the ****. But i think wb is the worst exhaust to get i would geta curtis sparks they best exhaust for honda. :

pick one u like make sure u read up on every pipe find out what kind of power u will get with each one.....i like hmf and yosh myself....but what i like and what the next guy likes will not be what u might want or like........but dropping a tooth in your front sprocket will do wonders like a few others have said....

I would go with the HMF it is the best system for the Honda 400ex. I had one and it was FAST. I loved it, i would suggest that one.
