Moisture problems

So it's pretty warm today and I thought I'd bring out the R's and it won't start. There is visible moisture on the plug.

I'm thinking I have to take the carb and reeds and tank and completely drain them and dry them out etc. Is there an easier fix? How do I get the moisture out of the chamber?

could it be a coolant leak?? shouldn't have that much moisture from bad gas, IMO.
